Description

Adungadoo Pathway Roma is a 1.7-kilometre shared concrete paved pathway along Bungil Creek.

It is popular among walkers, joggers, and cyclists. The pathway showcases the natural beauty of the creek and its surroundings, with mighty river gums and a watercourse that is a haven for birdwatchers. Interpretative signs provide information about the flora, fauna, history, and local Aboriginal culture. There are rest shelters and a "Meeting Place" area for breaks. Two additional pathways, Fisherman's Walk and Midawarr Walk, are nearby. The best time to visit is in autumn and spring for mild temperatures and vibrant foliage. The pathway is easily accessible from the central business district area, stretching from Bungil Street to Bowen Street. Visitors can explore the Roma Saleyards, the Bottle Tree landmark, or the Big Rig Parklands newline.
