Australian Museum of Clothing and Textiles

The museum collects, preserves, documents and displays clothing, textiles and related objects, both for the home and for commerce, from Australia's earliest times to the present day.

Nell Pyle, OAM, founded the museum in 2005 with support from the Maitland community.
