Description
Barangaroo House is a three-level restaurant and bar located in Barangaroo, New South Wales, Australia.
The building's most prominent feature is its steam-bent charred timber façade, which conceals a continuous ring of edible plants and creates a strong visual presence. The curvilinear form of the building was designed to project curved perimeter balconies in each direction, providing unparalleled views of the harbor and surrounding area. The interiors were designed to redefine Australian dining, offering three levels of dining, drinking, and entertainment. The venue offers a sophisticated dining experience with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and seafood. The drinks menu includes a range of cocktails, wines, and beers. In addition to its unique design and cuisine, Barangaroo House also features a rooftop bar with panoramic views, a central staircase designed to resemble a "sophisticated treehouse," a private dining room for up to 16 guests, and a semi-private dining area for up to 40 guests.
