The winery produces the Bay of Fires and Eddystone Point range of cool climate wines. They are also home to the House of Arras, which is considered Australia's most prestigious sparkling wine label. Bay of Fires offers a cellar door experience where visitors can sample their award-winning wines in elegant and tranquil surroundings. Tasting experiences and masterclasses are available, with appointments ranging from 30 minutes to two hours. The cellar door is currently open from Thursday to Monday, and tastings are conducted by appointment.
