Bells Beach is a picturesque coastal locality in Victoria, Australia, situated on the Great Ocean Road.

It is known for its beach and coastal reserve, named after William Bell, and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. In 2016, there were 130 people living in Bells Beach, with the majority being born in Australia and speaking English at home.

Bells Beach is a popular destination for surfers and is famous for hosting the longest continuously running pro surfing competition in the world. The Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach, formerly known as the Bells Easter Classic, has been held annually since 1962. Surfers can also visit other nearby breaks such as "Southside," "Centreside," and "Winki Pop." "Winki Pop" is known to work well under diverse conditions.

Bells Beach has made appearances in popular culture. It was featured in the 1966 documentary film The Endless Summer. The scene was shot at Indian Beach in Ecola State Park in Oregon, United States. The 2007 animation film Surf's Up also features an Australian surfer from Bells Beach.
