Benalla Art Gallery

Located in the heart of Victoria's bush ranger country, the Benalla Art Gallery occupies a striking lakeside modernist building. The gallery presents a varied program of exhibitions, while its permanent collection spans three centuries of Australian art and includes outstanding examples of contemporary and Indigenous art.

The gallery's original design was downsized, culminating in a proposed expansion discussed in 2013.[1]
