Bicheno is a picturesque coastal town on the east coast of Tasmania, Australia.

It is known for its crystal-clear blue water, white sandy beaches, distinctive granite rocks, and beautiful scenery. The town is easily accessible from major population centers, being a 2.5-hour drive from Hobart and just under 2 hours' drive from Launceston.

One of the must-visit attractions in Bicheno is the National Whale Trail. It consists of 14 coastal stops along the East Coast Whale Trail, offering information about whales and the opportunity to spot them. These stops stretch from The Gardens near St Helens in the north to Eaglehawk Neck on the Tasman Peninsula. Each stop features a sign with interesting facts and stories about whales, as well as breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.

Visitors to Bicheno should also check out the Bicheno Blowhole, which provides fantastic views of Tasmania's coastline while witnessing the natural spectacle of the blowhole.
