Situated in the center-bottom of the country, Bird in Hand enjoys some of the best conditions on earth for cool climate wines. The seaside influence of the Gulf of St. Vincent compliments the cloudiness of the Mount Lofty Ranges to create a special diurnal temperature shift beloved by our grapes.

Bird in Hand produce wines across four specialty tiers: Tribute Series, Nest Egg, Bird in Hand and Two in the Bush. Among the collections, there is an ideal wine for every occasion, each outstanding in its own way.
History
Beginning in 1997 in South Australia with the lofty goal of creating internationally recognized wines, their story is one of passion and determination. Inside of a single generation, their vision and dedication to quality continues to manifest in some of the world’s finest flavors.
