Mornington Peninsula’s leading producer of varietal wines. Bittern Estate is a winery located in the acclaimed Mornington Peninsula wine region, in Victoria. Established in 1996, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include arneis, chardonnay, dolcetto, pinot noir, sauvignon blanc, shiraz, tempranillo and rosé. Each year, approximately 4500 cases are produced. Bittern Estate welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
