Bluff Hill Lighthouse B&B is a unique and historic accommodation located in Napier, New Zealand.

The B&B has two options for guests: The Cottage and The Suite. The Cottage is a cute little cottage located in the garden, renovated in the 1900s style with modern amenities. The Suite, on the ground floor of the main house, was renovated and opened in 2022.

Bluff Hill Lighthouse B&B is conveniently located just 4.8 miles (7.7 km) from the airport. Guests can enjoy free perks such as self-parking and continental breakfast. It is also within walking distance of Napier Beach, Hardinge Road Beach, and McLean Park.

Tucked away in the beautiful Sturm’s Gully, Bluff Hill Domain, the B&B offers a tranquil setting where guests can hear various birds, including the Tui, Woodpigeon (kereru), and the morepork (ruru). There are also walking tracks that lead to Bluff Hill Lookout or down to the waterfront (Ahuriri, a historic fishing village or Napier CBD) for guests' enjoyment.
