Each class begins with a slow and energising warm-up, essential to prepare your muscles and joints for exercise.
You will then move through the different exercise phases – including cardio exercise, muscle strength training, cognitive and memory tasks, mind-muscle-joint activations, coordination, balance and mobility activities.
The order may vary, but these are the types of exercises to expect.
The classes are held indoors in winter, in a spacious hall.
And in the great outdoors in summer– allowing plenty of room to get your heart pumping in your own space.
Strength training sometimes includes the use of equipment, such as resistance bands, dumbbells, weight plates, or kettlebells.
There are multiple sizes available to suit all strengths and ability levels.
Most importantly – you’ll meet some great women & have a lot of fun!
We meet for coffee after some of the classes too- a highlight!!
