Welcome to Boorara State Championship MTB Trail in Northcliffe Conservation Park.
This 5.77km circuit is a popular trail among mountain biking enthusiasts. It winds through the dense karri forest with challenging terrain, including steep uphill and downhill sections, creek crossings, and existing firebreak tracks and single tracks. The trail offers experienced riders plenty of challenges.
The Boorara State Championship MTB Trail allows visitors to explore the magnificent karri forest and its unique flora and fauna. Birdlife is abundant, and a variety of species can be spotted. The trail requires good physical fitness and cycling skills, making it perfect for experienced MTB riders.
The trail can be enjoyed throughout the year, but the best time to visit is during the cooler months between March and November. The weather during these months is ideal for exploring the trail and enjoying the natural surroundings.
For map information, visitors can stop by the Northcliffe Visitor Centre on Muirillup Road. The return trip from Northcliffe is 36km long. Visitors are advised to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines while using the trail.
