Boutique Hotel Warwick House is a historic Gothic Revival style guest house located in Nelson, New Zealand.

The hotel offers boutique bed and breakfast accommodation in Nelson's famous 'Castle'. It is situated in a quiet central location, just a 5-10 minute riverside stroll into Nelson's attractive city center. With fabulous views over Nelson city to the Tasman Sea, the hotel features a fully renovated Grand Ballroom where gourmet home cooked breakfasts are served to classical music. Additionally, the hotel offers secure off-street parking for all guests.

The hotel provides a variety of room options, including 2 Large Luxurious Suites, 2 Large Family Suites, 1 Superior Double Suite, and 2 smaller Doubles, all with ensuites. The large Baywindow of the hotel offers stunning views over Nelson from the city to the sea. Guests also have the option of room only self-catering. Furthermore, the hotel provides free wireless internet access.

Due to Covid-19, Warwick House is unable to offer night by night accommodation until late 2023. Despite this limitation, the hotel remains suitable for special occasions.
