Caroline Hills Winery is a winery located in the celebrated Mount Gambierwine region, in South Australia. Established in 1988, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, pinot gris, pinot noir, shiraz and sparkling. Each year, approximately <50k cases are produced under labels that include Captains Creek. Caroline Hills Winery welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a gallery to spend time in and picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
