Changing Places Facility in Wanneroo

Changing Places facility is now available to residents in Wanneroo, located next to the Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre.

A new Changing Places facility is now available to residents in Wanneroo.

Located next to the Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre, the accessible changing facility is equipped with toilet and changing amenities suitable for people with high support needs and those who cannot use standard accessible toilets.

There are more than 6,500 people with a disability in the City of Wanneroo who require some sort of support in their day-to-day lives.

This new facility caters for those who need the assistance of a carer for everyday activities like using the toilet or changing.

The facility includes a ceiling track hoist system, a height adjustable adult-sized change table, an automatic door and privacy screens.

An ACROD parking bay is provided along Dundebar Road, with a brick pathway leading to the Changing Place facility.
