Château Tanunda, Icon of the Barossa, was established in 1890 and celebrated 130 years of winemaking in 2020. Château Tanunda is a winery located in the gorgeous Barossa Valley wine region, in South Australia. Established in 1890, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, grenache, petit verdot, riesling, sangiovese, semillon, shiraz, tempranillo, sparkling and rosé. Each year, approximately 150 000 cases are produced under labels that include Chateau Mildura, Psyche Bend, Psyche Smuggler and Psyche Reserve. Château Tanunda welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
