Chloe is drawn to organic process of the ceramics particularly hand building. She enjoys the slow process of sculpting something so unique.
Chloe followed her dream of becoming a practicing ceramicist after a trip to the USA in 2017. It was during that trip that she met an Auntie for the first time whom is also ceramic artist, their shared love for clay allowed them to form an instant bond and now even though thousands of miles apart they connect regularly to share their latest creations.
Busseltons Geographe Bay plays a huge role in the design for her work that often featuring hand drawn whales, sandy white textures and Australian botanicals. Coming from a Ghanaian background Chloe is also very inspired by African pattern and bright colour.
Chloe tries to share that happiness by running small scale group hand-building workshops, allowing others to have a play with clay, get creative and make something unique of their own.
