Colmslie Recreation Reserve

Colmslie Recreation Reserve is a beautifully landscaped park in Brisbane that offers a variety of outdoor activities.

It includes play areas, picnic shelters, barbecues, amenities, and more. The reserve is located at 152 Colmslie Road, Murarrie and can be easily accessed by car, bike, or on foot. Visitors can enjoy the park's children's playground with an Octopus Garden theme, featuring sculptures to climb and develop gross motor skills. There is also plenty of space for picnics, shade, and a large area for cricket or football. The reserve has an official off-leash area for dogs, complete with water bowls, agility equipment, and poo bins. The park showcases incredible artwork play sculptures designed by local artist David White as part of an upgrade project. The new artwork integrates water play and tells an imaginative story. Construction works for the upgrade started in January 2023 and are expected to be completed in June 2023. Colmslie Reserve is wheelchair accessible and has bike and walking paths. Visitors can enjoy picnics and barbecues at the picnic shelters with tables and facilities newline.
