Description
The Community Bootcamp Project brings Australians together through FREE fitness sessions to improve our physical health and mental wellbeing.
- When: Weekly on Saturdays at 7am.
- Where: Scenic Drive Park, Wanneroo WA 6065.
- Wanneroo Parkrun post-session for those who still have some energy left.
Who can attend?
Everyone! The main goal of the Community Bootcamp Project is to bring people together, create opportunities for finding social connections, get fitter and healthier, have fun, and build support networks – together!
The bodyweight workouts are designed to be attainable for beginners yet challenging for those with a higher fitness level.
What to bring?
Don't forget to bring a towel, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!
Also, it is encouraged to invite friends, family, and neighbors to make this community event a fantastic success.
How much does it cost to attend?
A small donation is requested to attend a bootcamp session, but nobody will be turned away so even if you can’t pay, please stay!
The Community Bootcamp Project operates as a non-profit venture. All donations received go directly into expanding the community bootcamps or to the charity we support, the Black Dog Institute. The project’s leadership team and management staff are currently volunteers.
