Cupitt's Estate

Cupitt’s Estate Winery in Ulladulla was established in 2007, after the vineyard that was first planted in 2003 provided enough fruit for their first vintage.

Wally Cupitt is now the Head Winemaker and brings with him a strategic & inspired yet relaxed strategy to the process. After learning winemaking in the Loire Valley in France, Wally also brings the traditional mentality of less is best; he helps the grapes find their voice but ultimately lets them do the talking.

Cupitt’s Estate has a strong focus on creating wines with structure & complexity that become a true reflection on each varietal character and the region in which they are grown.

While they have a vineyard on site at our South Coast Winery, majority of our grapes are sourced from cool climate regions across New South Wales and Victoria, including Hilltops, Tumarumba, Orange, the Yarra Valley and Canberra District.
