Description
Dawning Day Farms is a family-owned vineyard in the picturesque Southern Highlands NSW, making wine that makes a difference.
Dawning Day Farms is a small family owned and operated micro-vineyard located in Exeter in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. This cool-climate region called for the planting of varieties like Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, along with their personal favourite Gamay.
They also make a variety of farm produce onsite at Dawning Day Farms including Farmhouse Pickles, Hot-House Chilli Pickles, Pinot-gar (caramelised Pinot Noir vinegar) Bonfire Hot Sauce and Gin Pickles, made with a shot of our very own ‘The Bandit' Gin. They also offer handmade Limoncello with 100% local Southern Highlands lemons using a traditional recipe from the town of Sorrento in Italy.
Combining passion for wine and winemaking with the desire to help those in less fortunate situations Dawning Day Farms give 10% of all revenues generated by sales of Dawning Day wine to help those that are in need by supporting charities like Refugee Connect, Dandelion Support Network, Sydney Children's Hospital, Shoalhaven Homeless Hub, Weave, Highland Grace Food Coop, and several other community organisations.
