The oasis in the arid lands.
Deep Reach Pool is a large, permanent body of water maintained by the aquifer beneath the park. It is home to the Warlu serpent of the Yinjibarndi people.
At Deep Reach it is a 300m return walk to the canoe launch and viewing deck. Trailside signs interpret features.
Disabled access toilets, gas bbqs, shaded picnic tables provided. Access to the river for swimming and canoeing. Water very deep. Supervise children closely.
