Deniliquin Town Walk

The Deniliquin Town Walk is a popular walking tour through the historic town of Deniliquin.

It covers 43 historically significant locations and can be accessed online or at the Visitor Information Centre. The walk takes visitors through original buildings like the Dublin Hotel and the Federal Hotel, as well as other landmarks such as the airport, cemetery, and Lawon Syphon. It is available year-round and can be completed during daylight hours, with the best time to visit being from March to November.

Deniliquin is also a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts, with other walking trails to explore. The Beach to Beach Walk is a 6km path along the Edward River, passing by red gums and sandy beaches. The Lagoons to River Walking Trail is a 1.4km path through the town's parklands, and the Stroll through the Regional Park takes visitors through Red Gum Forest and black box woodland.

To get to Deniliquin, visitors can travel by car, bus, or train. The closest airport is Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, and from there, visitors can hire a car or take a connecting flight. Deniliquin has parking available in the central business district newline.
