Eagle Bay Brewing Co houses a relaxed family-friendly restaurant and a micro-brewery. Eagle Bay Brewing Co overlooks a rural landscape and the Indian Ocean, just 5 minutes from Dunsborough.

Eagle Bay Brewing Co beer is brewed on site by resident brewer and co-owner, Nick d'Espeissis. Nick has more than 10 years brewing experience and adheres to the German Purity Law, only using four ingredients in the beer; rainwater, malted barley, hops and yeast. The Eagle Bay Brewing Co range includes five regular handcrafted brews; Kolsch, Vienna Lager, Pale Ale, Mild Ale and Extra Special Bitter as well as a Single Batch brew that changes regularly to suit the season and the brewer's inclination.

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is located on a rural property that runs cattle and sheep and is also home to the Eagle Bay Vineyard. Eagle Bay Vineyard is a boutique Margaret River wine company. Eagle Bay Vineyard wines are available in the Eagle Bay Brewing Co restaurant and shop and wine tastings can be arranged.

The Eagle Bay Brewing Co kitchen is headed-up by Head Chef Rupert Brown. The food is wholesome, simple and fresh, full of local ingredients, including the herbs and salads picked daily from the organic kitchen garden. The food is cooked according to old fashioned cooking principals with no short cuts.
