We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your appointments, so to ensure the best possible service and the least disruption to our business and other clients, we require a 20% deposit of the total appointment cost when we accept your booking request.

This deposit is redeemable against the total cost and can be moved to a new booking or refunded with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, however, will mean the deposit is forfeited.
