Ellis Wines is a winery located in the celebrated Heathcote wine region, in Victoria. Established in 1999, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, moscato, shiraz, viognier and rosé. Each year, approximately 3000 cases are produced. Ellis Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
