Description
If you're after a swim and day out in Australia's golden outback, look no further than the Esperance foreshore.
Esperance Foreshore Beach
Esperance exhibits some of WA's best beaches. Squeaky sand and aqua blue waters, theres a reason Esperance is known to have incredible beaches. Located on the foreshore and not far from the Esperance Visitor Centre, this beach is popular for good reason. Theres a playground for the kids, and Taylor Street Jetty for a scenic walk. After enjoying the picturesque view of the blue landscapes, take a dip in the water to cool down.
Shark Net
Esperance has introduced a new shark barrier at the Foreshore to protect its swimmers. The Western Australian Government implemented the beach enclosure as well as swimming lap pontoon to restore the confidence of beach-goers. The physical barrier works to prevent sharks entering the enclosure, without trapping marine life. The enclosure is more than 300 metres long, ensuring swimmers within the enclosure can be confident with their safety.
