The Exchange Hotel is a heritage-listed hotel located at 2 Front Street in Mossman, Shire of Douglas, Queensland, Australia.

It was built in 1896 for Irish publicans Dennis and Teresa O'Brien. The hotel was considered one of the most modern in Queensland at the time, offering amenities such as spacious balconies, running water in every room, and septic systems. Today, the hotel provides clean and affordable budget accommodation in a heritage-listed old style Queenslander hotel.
