Description
Fairy Falls Redlynch is a stunning waterfall located in a secluded section of the lush rainforest, adjacent to Crystal Cascades.
The track to the waterfall commences at the very beginning of the Crystal Cascades car park. The track leading to Fairy Falls is clearly marked and is easily accessible. The path is approximately 15 minutes long and is relatively easy, with a few natural steps along the way. The track forks along the way, and when this happens, remember to keep to the creek on your left, and avoid turning uphill. Keep your eyes peeled for warning signs concerning stinging plants along the path.
Fairy Falls is a magnificent attraction, amidst the lush greenery of the tropical forest. As you approach the falls, you can listen to the sound of cascading water growing louder. The water tumbles down into a pristine pool, surrounded by rocks and foliage. The pool is ideal for a refreshing swim. Visitors can also find an array of exotic and rare plants nearby, adding to the surreal beauty of this natural attraction.
Fairy falls is an all-year-round attraction, but the best times to visit is from April to November when the rainfall is less frequent, and the weather is usually cooler. Although the rock face at the well pool can be slippery, making it not ideal for a visit during heavy rains.
To reach Fairy Falls Redlynch, drive through Redlynch towards Freshwater. Take a right turn onto the Redlynch Connection Road, and move along till you see signs for Crystal Cascades. Crystal Cascades car park is on the right side of the road. Fairy Falls is just nearby, and its track begins a few metres in from the left-hand side of the car park.
