As you cruise along the tranquil waterways of Wallis Lake, you’ll gain insight into the methods and practices used to produce the best oysters while preserving the environment. During the tour, you’ll learn special terminology associated with oyster farming such as seed, by-catch, stick, flip farm, good condition, fattening grounds and spat.
