Firewater Grille, Duxton Hotel Perth

Located in the lobby of the iconic five star Duxton Hotel, Firewater Grille was commended with a World Luxury Hotel Award in 2014 thanks to the outstanding efforts of the team at JBM Projects.

The new Firewater Grille restaurant and bar at the Duxton Hotel boasts an impressive new cocktail bar, 156 seat restaurant, a 500 bottle temperature controlled wine room and a state-of-the-art island kitchen with glass panelling and a fully ventilated German GIF ceiling.

JBM Projects implemented the latest technology, materials and design techniques to deliver the five star, $2.5 million refurbishment in only six weeks, which is progressive for the industry.

"Jason from JBM worked closely with us to create a high quality design that incorporated the latest building materials and functionality to bring the Firewater Grille at the Duxton to life,” Impressions Architectural and Interior Designers director Ross Sta. Maria said. 

Superior, quality detailing includes imported stacking stone, private seating booths with luxury curtains, custom joinery, extensive artwork and a custom designed and built water feature with built in fire place as the central key feature.
