The Founder
The lovely Maya Handley founded Florets Bakery. She learned how to bake bread while living in New York, where she developed a passion for the art of making bread. Upon her arrival in Auckland, Handley founded Kopiko, a sourdough delivery service, which quickly became a local favourite. Her passion for bread-making and dedication to ensuring that only the highest quality ingredients are used in every loaf are what sets Florets Bakery apart from the rest.
