Future Mountain Brewing and Blending

Future Mountain Brewing and Blending is a brewery and taproom located in Reservoir, Victoria.

Established in 2019, the brewery specializes in saisons, farmhouse ales, and sour beer. The venue is situated in the heart of the brewery, surrounded by the old-world charm of oak barrels to the modern-day style of the fermentation vessels. The taproom has a cozy front bar with low lighting, bricks, and greenery, while the main bar behind opens out into the warehouse proper and has the brewery's signature oak barrels on display. The venue has a rustic and farmhouse-inspired atmosphere, with wooden tables and chairs, and a large outdoor seating area with umbrellas and greenery. Future Mountain Brewing and Blending offers a range of beers, including open-fermented saison brewed in collaboration with Carwyn Cellars. In December 2022, Future Mountain announced that they are selling their Melbourne brewery and taproom to realize their vision of a true farmhouse brewing operation in rural Victoria.
