Galileo is one of only 10 restaurants in WA to be recognised by the Italian Government with the Ospitalita quality seal. This is based on strict standards which include: the use of ingredients sourced from Italy, a menu and wine list containing traditional regional produce and, of course, the presence of italian personnel.
