The Garden State Hotel is a four-story bar and hospitality venue located at 95 Flinders Lane in Melbourne, Victoria.

Originally a textile mill in 1896, the building has been rebuilt by Techne Architecture + Interior Design while preserving its distinctive exterior. The venue's design revolves around a large multi-level beer garden, which serves as a hidden botanical haven in the middle of the CBD's network of laneways. With the feel of a Victorian conservatory, the beer garden is a surprising oasis in the heart of the city. With a capacity for 840 guests, the Garden State Hotel offers pub classics, craft beers, and cocktails. The main dining area, the New York-inspired Garden Grill, features the Raw Bar, which serves Melbourne's freshest seafood. Additionally, the venue has function rooms available for private events, offering stunning views of Melbourne's skyline above and the botanical beer garden below.
