Giant Stairway

The trail culminates at the popular tourist attraction Scenic World, where visitors can take the opportunity to ride the Scenic Railway back to the top, or climb up the steep Furber Steps for even more amazing rainforest vistas. The Scenic Railway has the steepest incline in the world at 52 degrees, and is known for offering an adrenaline-pumping experience. Visitors should note that the walking track is listed as Grade Four, with a very steep gradient and some bushwalking experience recommended.
