Grava Wines: A Winery in the Heart of Martinborough
Grava Wines is a family-owned winery located at 50 Kitchener Street, Martinborough, New Zealand.
The vineyard has been in operation since 2014, founded by experienced winemaker Alistair Gardner, his wife Karla Falloon, and her family. The vineyard is located in the heart of the winegrowing region of Martinborough, on the alluvial soils of the Southern Wairarapa.
Exquisite Wines from Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc Grapes
Grava Wines focuses on producing outstanding single-vineyard wines made from Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The name "Grava" means gravel in Spanish, reflecting the nature of the soils in which the vineyard is situated. Although Alistair Gardener has spent over a decade perfecting his craft in Spain, both he and his wife are passionate New Zealanders.

Grava Wines welcomes visitors at any time. The cellar door is open from 11 am to 4 pm on weekends and public holidays. Visitors can arrange visits outside these hours by contacting the vineyard through phone or email.
