Green Point

Green Point Angourie is the northernmost headland in Angourie, known as a significant meeting place for the Yaegl mob.

It offers ample parking and a sandstone paver trail leading to a platform with a picturesque view of Green Point.

Green Point is a great spot to witness the sunrise, watch whales, and observe dolphins. It is popular among surfers and bodyboarders, but not suitable for swimming. Spooky Beach is recommended for swimming, while Miners Beach is considered unstable and hazardous. You can reach the location by driving or taking a taxi. The Yuraygir National Park begins at this spot, and there is a separate area for dog owners.

Camping is prohibited in this area, despite its allure.
