Description

Located on the slopes of Greenmount Hill overlooking Perth, this park offers great opportunities for bushwalking, wildlife observation, sightseeing and photography.

Greenmount National Park is one of the smaller national parks along the Darling Scarp and is part of the Darling Range Regional Park area. It has significance in Aboriginal folklore and also featured very early on in early European setter's diaries.

Exploring the park

Visitors can enjoy the majestic views of the Swan Coastal Plain and the City of Perth from the Greenmount Lookout.

Mountain Quarry is one of several blue stone quarries located within the park, popular with rock climbers and walkers.

Mountain biking

Keen mountain-bike riders frequent The Goat Farm, a cross-country mountain-bike skills park, located adjacent to Greenmount National Park.

Getting There

This park is situated along the side of Greenmount Hill.
