Greytown Campground

Greytown Campground is a picturesque campground located in Greytown, New Zealand.

It is situated down a quiet side street, but only 500 meters away from the center of Greytown village, cafes, and shops. The campground is set amidst mature native bush, with wonderful mature trees surrounding the campsites. It is a great base to explore local attractions, historic Greytown, and wineries.

The campground offers 30 powered sites and 55 unpowered sites. Units are complete with a shared bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, while some units at the holiday park also boast a balcony. Two amenity blocks with full facilities are available, and one of these also has wheelchair access. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and garden at the holiday park. A children's playground and non-heated swimming pool (only open in summer) are immediately adjacent to the campground, as well as the local tennis courts, which are available to hire.

For those times when guests would rather not dine out, they can choose to cook on the barbecue. Guests can also grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area at the holiday park. The nearest airport is Wellington Airport, which is 51 miles away from the campground.

It is an excellent location to explore the local area and enjoy the outdoors.
