Heartwalk Kalgoorlie-Boulder is the first large-scale public art project in the WA Goldfields.
It is a self-guided walking trail located in the central business district of Kalgoorlie Western Australia, offering a vibrant arts and cultural experience. The trail features over 50 stunning murals by local and visiting professional artists, including well-known names such as Amok Island, Askew One, and Stormie Mills.
Heartwalk is a grassroots public art project that aims to revitalize the central business district of Kalgoorlie. The project, which concluded in 2018, installed over 60 contemporary murals by visiting and local artists, adding vibrancy to the Kalgoorlie CBD.
Visitors can take their family and friends on a self-guided tour of the murals, making it a perfect activity for art enthusiasts and those who enjoy exploring new places.
To reach Heartwalk Kalgoorlie-Boulder, visitors can take a flight to Kalgoorlie-Boulder airport from Perth, Sydney, or Melbourne.
