Herb Circle emerged in 1990 as co-operative of like-minded women who made outstanding herbal products. Locally made crafts, jewellery and art soon followed. Georgia Efford (an original member) introduced exotic and global goods from her travels along with spiritual and natural influences to the shop. Her daughter Catherine has owned the shop for the past 10 years and has introduced niche perfumes, home fragrance and her own personal style.

Since October 2011 the Herb Circle has been under the new owner Kath Forster and her partner Jean de Gaye. The shop has had a fresh facelift with maintaining the essence of what has always made the Herb Circle so essential to the Hills. Kath and Jean are definite in their objective to keep the Herb Circle a special place where you can come to visit and browse and explore and leave the premises having shared in a very special shopping experience.
