Highland House Boutique Hotel is a self-contained boutique hotel located in Dunedin, New Zealand.

The hotel was built in 1911 as three-terrace dwellings and has been renovated to offer the best of all conveniences while retaining the bygone charm of Dunedin's Scottish heritage. The hotel is located on George Street, a traditional "University" street close to the campuses of Dunedin, also known as "The Edinburgh of the Southern Hemisphere."
