Nannup is a quaint historic town nestled on the banks of the Blackwood River and surrounded by magnificent native forests and rolling green farmlands, in the heart of an ever growing wine region in the South West of Western Australia. Located 300 kilometres south of Perth, Nannup is an hour’s drive from Margaret River, Busselton and Pemberton.
Holberry House features six elegantly appointed guest rooms, one with a spa. Each room is furnished with antiques and has ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning and heating. Downstairs is a large guest lounge with open log fire, conservatory and dining room. There is a pool for summer relaxation.
You can walk to the art and woodcraft galleries, restaurants, antique shops and vineyards. There are many walk trails both along the river bank and through the hill top and forests surrounding the townsite. The Bibbulmun Track is only 12 kms away and the Munda Biddi cycle trail passes directly through Nannup.
There are many events in the area and Nannup, the Garden Village, celebrates gardens in the autumn and winter months with wondrous displays of autumn colour, tulips and daffodils, then a regional Festival in November. The gardens of Holberry House are open daily for visitors to enjoy. Entry is $4.00 per person to the donation box at the front gates.
