Hybla Bar + Grill on the Middleton Beach foreshore boasts a 2 glass wine list rating by Gourmet Traveller Wine and serves their our own Village Green Beef + Hawthornden Lamb alongside local produce.

Hybla Bar + Grill is a licensed bar where you can enjoy a quiet drink overlooking the Middleton Beach foreshore. Our staff has extensive knowledge of wine, beer and spirits and our winelist was recently awarded a 2 glass rating by Gourmet Traveller Wine.

In our restaurant we are proud to showcase our own Village Green Beef and Hawthornden Lamb alongside quality fresh and local produce.

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30pm - 9:30pm we have live piano music performed by a variety of musicians and vetted by local musical talent Charlie McCarthy. 

Our venue is situated in a restored beach house, from which you can enjoy views of the foreshore from ground level, or upstairs in our 'Research Institute' room. We aim to provide a cosy, relaxed atmosphere from within our classic surrounds and are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Bookings are preferred.
