Visitors can also have a BBQ or take a walk from the Myall River mouth to Yacaaba Headland. It provides a safe and secluded location to enjoy a relaxing day amidst nature.

It's important to note that Jimmy's Beach is not patrolled, so visitors should swim between the flags and take necessary precautions. Dogs are allowed on the beach, but they must be kept on leads. There are specific times in the morning and evening when pet owners can walk their dogs on the Yacaaba end of the beach.

Visitors can enjoy Jimmy's Beach throughout the year, but summer is the most popular season for families to visit. The beach is easily accessible through the town of Hawks Nest along Booner Street. Once you reach the end of Booner Street, turn right onto Bennetts Beach Road and follow it to the end. A car park is available close to the beach.
