Keanan Hardegon

I am excited to launch my work as a full-time woodworking artist. I am self-taught and have always enjoyed having a creative outlet.

I began my business with small hand-carved signs and personalised pieces. Eventually, I discovered the versatility of resin, and there was no looking back.

I actively seek unique pieces of local timber that are often discarded or destined for the fire pit as they usually produce the best products. We live in a beautiful region full of unique timbers and I try to highlight the variety and stunning grains in each piece.

Currently, I am producing a range of chopping/serving boards, lazy susans and coffee tables. My most popular pieces feature shells or dried chillies encased in resin and the timber. I have also worked with native dried flowers, spices, stones, gears, watches, keys, coins and trinkets.

It's a pleasure to share my process with others and to let them see the steps and care that goes into each product. I am proud to admit that each piece is handcrafted, from creating my own moulds to achieving the glass-like finish with my orbital sander.
