Divers who stay within 16 meters can encounter various marine species, including fusiliers, coral trout, rabbitfish, batfish, turtles, whitetip reef sharks, sweetlips, and barramundi cod. Exploring the ledges at Keeper Reef reveals crayfish, rock cods, squirrelfish, and shrimps.
The best time to dive at Keeper Reef is between April and December when the weather is warm and the water is calm. The water temperature ranges from 23-29°C, making it ideal for diving in a wetsuit.
