Kisa is a Middle Eastern Restaurant located in Wellington, New Zealand.

The restaurant is a 90-seater space that centers around a large Josper Mangal (charcoal BBQ) - the only one in New Zealand.

History

Kisa was initially conceived as a pop-up restaurant in 2021 by local restaurateur Dean White. The huge response from diners to the limited-time restaurant led Dean to make it a permanent fixture in 2022. The restaurant has since developed a cult following and has attracted diners from all over Wellington and beyond.
