History
Kisa was initially conceived as a pop-up restaurant in 2021 by local restaurateur Dean White. The huge response from diners to the limited-time restaurant led Dean to make it a permanent fixture in 2022. The restaurant has since developed a cult following and has attracted diners from all over Wellington and beyond.
