Knitting and crocheting for charity
Knit and Natter is a craft group who meet to knit and crochet a large variety of blankets, beanies, toys, clothes, bags and so much more for Western Australian charities. Everything is made with love and a small selection is sold to raise money for the purchase of yarn. The number of items donated typically exceeds 12,000 per year. Knit and Natter has in excess of 100 members of which 50 to 60 meet every Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 12:00 at the Pearsall Hocking Community Centre in Pearsall. There is also a smaller group who meet on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 12:00 to 3:00 pm
